Data & Account Deletion

You are in control of your family’s data. This page explains how to delete accounts and what happens when you do.

Delete a family member

Sign in as the household owner, open the Family section, and remove any kid or assistant. Removing a managed account deletes that member and their associated data.

Delete your whole account

To delete your entire household — including your owner account and all members — email us at ealhyari@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We may verify the request before acting on it.

Automatic cleanup

Managed accounts (kids and assistants) that are never signed into are automatically deleted 7 days after they are created.

What gets deleted

  • Profiles, tasks, completions, points, streaks, badges, and rewards.
  • Announcements, goals, and other content tied to the household.
  • Push-notification subscriptions.

Timing and backups

We remove active data promptly upon a verified request. Residual copies in routine backups are purged on our normal backup rotation.
