These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bounty Boss, operated by Arture. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a parent/owner account. Parents are responsible for the accounts they create for family members.

Your account

• Keep your password confidential and your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your household’s accounts.
• Provide accurate information when registering.

Managed accounts

As an owner you may create and manage accounts for kids and assistants. You are responsible for how those accounts are used and for the content you add, such as custom tasks and announcements.

Acceptable use

Your use of Bounty Boss must follow our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Plans and payments

Core features are free. Paid plans and complimentary full-access grants may unlock additional features. Billing terms, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

Intellectual property

Bounty Boss, its name, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Bounty Boss at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
