Refunds & Cancellation

Bounty Boss offers a free plan that stays free. This policy covers paid plans as they become available.

Free plan

The free plan does not require payment and can be used indefinitely within its limits.

Paid plans

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly).
• You can cancel at any time. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, and your plan does not renew after that.
• Canceling does not delete your account or data — you simply return to the free plan.

Payment processing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes payments, handles applicable taxes, and issues receipts on our behalf. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing section of your account settings.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request; approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Where required by local law, you may have additional refund or cancellation rights.

Complimentary access

Full access granted to a household by an administrator is provided at no charge and can be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
